Job Title: Kitchen Staff

Department: Kitchen / Food Production
Reports To: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Job Summary

Kitchen Staff are responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and supporting chefs in daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation, cutting, cleaning, and cooking as instructed

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

  • Store food items properly and manage kitchen supplies

  • Assist in dishwashing and waste disposal

  • Support chefs during peak hours

  • Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment

  • Follow restaurant rules and safety guidelines

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum education not mandatory

  • Prior kitchen or hotel experience preferred but not mandatory
