Reports To: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Kitchen Staff are responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and supporting chefs in daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food service.
Assist in food preparation, cutting, cleaning, and cooking as instructed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Store food items properly and manage kitchen supplies
Assist in dishwashing and waste disposal
Support chefs during peak hours
Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment
Follow restaurant rules and safety guidelines
Minimum education not mandatory
Prior kitchen or hotel experience preferred but not mandatory
Interview, Any, fresher or experince, 12th pass.
