Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious JCB Operator to operate backhoe loaders and similar heavy equipment in an industrial environment. The operator will be responsible for excavation, loading, material handling, and site support work while following safety standards and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate JCB/backhoe loader safely and efficiently

• Perform excavation, trenching, loading, and backfilling tasks

• Load and unload materials such as soil, sand, gravel, and debris

• Inspect equipment before and after operation

• Follow site safety rules and operating procedures

• Coordinate with site supervisors and ground workers

• Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area

Requirements:

• Valid JCB or heavy equipment operator license/certification

• Proven experience operating JCB or similar machinery

• Good knowledge of safety procedures and load limits

• Physically fit and able to work in industrial conditions

• Willing to work overtime or shifts if required
