Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tech Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both software and hardware, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Hardware Support:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and peripherals.

0 Perform hardware repairs and upgrades as needed.

• Maintain and manage computer equipment inventory.

Software Support:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, including operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity suites (Microsoft Office), and other business applications.

• Provide technical support to end-users on software-related issues.

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software updates and patches

Network Support:

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.

Provide basic network support to end-users.

Systems Administration:

Assist in the administration and maintenance of server systems.

Perform basic system backups and data recovery operations.

User Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

• Document and track all support requests.

Security:

Assist in implementing and maintaining basic security measures, such as antivirus software and firewalls.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. or a related field.

Minium 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field. (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
