The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and overall HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
2. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial HR interviews.
Complete onboarding formalities: documentation, ID cards, induction, etc.
Employee Relations
Handle employee queries and concerns.
Maintain a positive and healthy work environment.
Address grievances and escalate issues when required.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and update HR database.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly reports.
Assist HR Manager with policies, procedures, and compliance.
Organize training and development programs.
Payroll & Compliance
Support payroll processing with attendance and leave data.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and labor laws.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, warnings, etc.
Performance & Administration
Assist in performance appraisals.
Manage daily HR admin tasks.
Coordinate events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Recruitment experience
Good organizational and documentation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
Time management and multitasking
