**Job Title: HR Recruiter**
**Overview**
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from understanding workforce requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. This role ensures a positive candidate experience while supporting organizational growth and talent acquisition strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create clear job descriptions.
* Use various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
* Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
* Coordinate and manage pre-employment assessments and background checks.
**Employer Branding**
* Promote the company s employer brand through job fairs, campus placements, and social media.
* Support initiatives to enhance the company s visibility as an employer of choice.
**Reporting & Compliance**
* Maintain accurate records of candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for HR leadership.
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company hiring policies.
**Education & Experience**
* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (more for senior roles).
**Skills**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
* Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
