Job Summary:
The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative support. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Help in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs
