The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Implement and enforce HR policies and company procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Support performance appraisal and feedback processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management
