Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR cum Sales Manager to manage human resources functions while also leading and supporting sales operations. The role requires strong people management skills, sales leadership, and the ability to align workforce planning with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records

  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues

  • Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets

  • Manage and support the sales team to improve performance

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven experience in HR management and sales or business development

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle both HR and sales responsibilities
