Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and professional Restaurant Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant

• Manage reservations and waiting lists

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

• Coordinate with waitstaff to manage table availability

• Handle guest inquiries politely and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

• Assist in handling customer feedback or complaints

• Ensure smooth guest flow during peak hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance

• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment

• Basic understanding of restaurant operations

• Previous experience as a hostess or front-desk staff is an advantage
