Job Summary:
Food and Beverage staff are responsible for providing high-quality food and drink service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations.
Greet and welcome guests politely
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks according to service standards
Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Assist in setting up and clearing tables
Process bills and payments when required
Work closely with kitchen and service team members
