Job Summary

The FMCG Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and executing company sales and marketing strategies in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory

  • Appoint, manage, and support distributors and retailers

  • Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in retail outlets

  • Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage

  • Implement trade schemes, promotions, and marketing activities

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

  • Collect payments and ensure timely outstanding recovery

  • Maintain sales reports, daily call reports, and market feedback

  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for stock availability
