**Job Title:** Floor Coordinator
**Client:** State Bank of India (SBI)

**Reports To:** Branch Manager / Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
The Floor Coordinator is responsible for managing customer flow within the SBI branch, assisting customers with basic banking processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations. The role focuses on improving customer experience, reducing waiting time, and supporting branch staff in operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Guide customers upon entry and understand their service requirements
* Direct customers to the appropriate counters or service desks
* Assist customers with form filling, account opening procedures, and documentation
* Help customers use self-service kiosks, passbook printers, and ATM/CDM machines
* Manage token system and ensure orderly customer flow
* Provide basic information about SBI products and services
* Assist senior citizens and differently-abled customers
* Ensure discipline, queue management, and cleanliness on the banking floor
* Coordinate with branch staff to manage peak-hour crowd
* Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when required
**Required Qualifications**
* Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
* Basic knowledge of banking operations is an advantage
