Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote our institute s courses and drive student enrollments through on-ground marketing and direct outreach. The role involves building relationships with schools, colleges, students, parents, and educational partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote institute courses through field visits, seminars, and outreach activities

  • Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and public locations to generate leads

  • Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities

  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials

  • Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and events

  • Build and maintain relationships with academic partners and referral sources

  • Collect and update student data and lead information

  • Follow up with interested candidates to support admissions

  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in face-to-face interactions

  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel

  • Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork

  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
