We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote our institute s courses and drive student enrollments through on-ground marketing and direct outreach. The role involves building relationships with schools, colleges, students, parents, and educational partners.
Promote institute courses through field visits, seminars, and outreach activities
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and public locations to generate leads
Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities
Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and events
Build and maintain relationships with academic partners and referral sources
Collect and update student data and lead information
Follow up with interested candidates to support admissions
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in face-to-face interactions
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
