The Field Executive is responsible for carrying out on-ground activities, visiting clients or sites, collecting information, promoting products or services, and ensuring smooth coordination between the company and customers. The role requires regular fieldwork, strong communication skills, and timely reporting.
Visit assigned locations, customers, or sites as per daily schedule
Promote company products or services and explain features to customers
Collect customer information, feedback, and required documents
Follow up with clients for inquiries, payments, or service delivery
Ensure proper execution of field operations and company policies
Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the reporting manager
Coordinate with internal teams for updates and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and transactions
Achieve assigned targets (if applicable)
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (as per company requirement)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, or data entry
Time management and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Freshers or candidates with 0 2 years of field experience
Prior experience in sales, marketing, collections, or operations is a plus
