Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-friendly Waitress to provide excellent dining service to guests. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables

• Present menus and explain food and beverage items

• Take accurate food and drink orders

• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set

• Respond to customer requests and handle complaints politely

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service

• Process bills and handle payments if required

• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety
