The Computer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining computer systems, entering and processing data, monitoring system performance, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of information. The role requires attention to detail, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to follow established procedures.
Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and records
Monitor system operations and report errors or malfunctions
Perform routine system checks and basic troubleshooting
Prepare reports, documents, and printouts as required
Maintain files, backups, and data security procedures
Follow standard operating procedures and organizational policies
Assist users with basic computer-related issues
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data
High school diploma or equivalent (additional computer certification preferred)
Basic knowledge of computer operations and office software (MS Word, Excel, email)
Interview, Female, fresher or experince, 12th pass.
