Job Summary
We are seeking a stylish, customer-focused Fashion Consultant to provide personalized styling advice and exceptional shopping experiences. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting outfits, promote brand identity, and drive sales through expert product knowledge and fashion trends awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide personalized fashion and styling advice
Understand customer preferences, body types, and lifestyle needs
Recommend outfits, accessories, and complete looks
Stay up to date with current fashion trends and product collections
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Handle customer feedback, returns, and exchanges professionally
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; fashion-related education is an advantage
Previous experience in fashion retail or sales preferred
Strong sense of style and passion for fashion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in providing styling advice
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
