The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The role involves supervising manpower, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and maintaining quality and site discipline.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily construction activities at site
* Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications
* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
* Monitor labor attendance, productivity, and discipline
* Ensure quality control and adherence to safety norms
* Arrange and monitor materials, tools, and equipment at site
* Maintain site records, work progress reports, and daily logs
* Identify and resolve on-site technical or execution issues
* Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
* Support timely completion of work as per project schedule
**Eligibility & Qualifications:**
* Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field
* 2 6 years of experience in construction site supervision
* Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
