The Customer Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the bakery outlet. This role involves greeting customers, handling orders, managing billing, and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience while maintaining the brand s quality and service standards.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
Explain bakery products, ingredients, offers, and promotions to customers
Take customer orders accurately and process billing using POS systems
Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly
Ensure proper display and presentation of bakery items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and customer area
Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure timely order delivery
Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely
Follow food safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines
Support daily opening and closing procedures of the outlet
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer handling (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems is an advantage
Interview, Any, fresher or experince, 12th pass.
