Job Summary

The Customer Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the bakery outlet. This role involves greeting customers, handling orders, managing billing, and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience while maintaining the brand s quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection

  • Explain bakery products, ingredients, offers, and promotions to customers

  • Take customer orders accurately and process billing using POS systems

  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly

  • Ensure proper display and presentation of bakery items

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and customer area

  • Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure timely order delivery

  • Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines

  • Support daily opening and closing procedures of the outlet

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer handling (preferred)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems is an advantage
