Job Title:

CRO / Process Engineer

Department:

Production / Manufacturing / Operations

Job Purpose:

To improve manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Engineering:

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes

• Reduce cycle time, improve line balancing, and eliminate bottlenecks

• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams

• Support new process and equipment trials, validation, and implementation

• Improve process capability (Cp, Cpk)

CRO / Continuous Improvement:

• Lead cost reduction initiatives related to material, manpower, energy, scrap, and rework

• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S activities

• Identify and eliminate waste (Muda, Mura, Muri)

• Improve productivity, efficiency, and OEE

• Conduct root cause analysis using tools like Why-Why, Fishbone, and FMEA

Quality & Safety:

• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Ensure compliance with quality and process standards

• Follow and promote safety guidelines and risk assessmen
