Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to operate lifting equipment and handle materials safely and efficiently on construction or industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have proven experience operating various types of cranes, a strong understanding of load handling, and adherence to safety standards and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate different types of cranes (mobile, tower, overhead, or crawler cranes) to lift, move, position, or place materials and equipment.

  • Inspect cranes and lifting gear daily to ensure proper working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs.

  • Follow all site safety procedures, signals, and load charts to ensure safe crane operation.

  • Set up, level, and stabilize the crane before lifting operations.

  • Work closely with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors to coordinate lifting tasks.

  • Maintain accurate logs of crane operation, load weights, and maintenance activities.

  • Comply with company and regulatory safety policies, including PPE and lifting procedures.

  • Assist in crane assembly, dismantling, and transport when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid Crane Operator License / Certification (as per local or national regulations).

  • Proven experience as a Crane Operator in construction, port, or industrial environments.

  • Strong knowledge of crane operation principles, load charts, and rigging practices.

  • Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in outdoor conditions.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.


Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience operating multiple crane types (tower, mobile, overhead, etc.).

  • Certification in rigging or signaling.

  • Familiarity with heavy equipment maintenance and inspection procedures.

  • Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
