Order Processing
Take customer orders accurately (manually or using a POS system).
Prepare, package, or serve food, drinks, or merchandise as per company standards.
Ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods.
Cash Handling
Process payments (cash, card, digital wallets).
Issue receipts, count change, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Keep counters, equipment, and display areas clean and well-stocked.
Follow health and safety, food hygiene, or store cleanliness standards.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with kitchen, sales, or support staff.
Communicate clearly during shift changes and coordinate with supervisors.
