Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service

    • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders or inquiries.

    • Provide product or menu information and make recommendations when needed.

    • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.

  2. Order Processing

    • Take customer orders accurately (manually or using a POS system).

    • Prepare, package, or serve food, drinks, or merchandise as per company standards.

    • Ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods.

  3. Cash Handling

    • Process payments (cash, card, digital wallets).

    • Issue receipts, count change, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.

  4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

    • Keep counters, equipment, and display areas clean and well-stocked.

    • Follow health and safety, food hygiene, or store cleanliness standards.

  5. Teamwork

    • Work collaboratively with kitchen, sales, or support staff.

    • Communicate clearly during shift changes and coordinate with supervisors.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic math and cash-handling ability

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

  • Friendly, reliable, and punctual

  • Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (preferred but not always
