**Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have experience in food preparation, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare, cook, and present food items according to restaurant standards.
* Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
* Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
* Monitor food quality, freshness, and safety throughout preparation.
* Assist with inventory management and report shortages.
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks during busy hours.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role (preferred).
* Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food handling, and safety standards.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced kitchen demands.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
