Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Continental Chef to prepare and present high-quality continental dishes while maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook continental cuisine (Italian, French, European, etc.)

  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation

  • Plan menus and suggest new dishes or specials

  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

  • Manage food preparation and cooking within set timelines

  • Monitor kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and restaurant management

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred

  • Good knowledge of continental recipes, sauces, and cooking techniques

  • Creativity and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
