The Construction Services Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical service support for construction projects. The role focuses on equipment performance, preventive maintenance, customer support, and ensuring smooth and safe operations at construction sites.
Provide on-site technical service support at construction project locations
Conduct regular inspections of construction equipment / products
Monitor performance, wear, and operating conditions
Diagnose failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Ensure proper usage, handling, and maintenance practices
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and operators
Support commissioning and trial activities at project sites
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Maintain strong relationships with customers and site teams
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site regulations
Promote safe working practices at construction sites
Participate in safety meetings and audits
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly service reports and MIS
Maintain service records, inspection data, and performance logs
Share feedback for product and process improvement
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Civil Engineering
Experience:
1 6 years of experience in construction services, heavy equipment, or infrastructure projects
Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of construction equipment
Interview, Any, 1 - 2 year experince in Similar segment, ITI.
