Job Summary:
The Computer Operator / Dispatch In-Charge will be responsible for managing computer-based office operations, maintaining records, and overseeing the dispatch of products or documents. The role requires technical proficiency, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Computer Operator Duties:
Operate office computers and software applications for day-to-day tasks.
Maintain digital records, databases, and files accurately.
Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other office documents.
Ensure data entry accuracy and timely updates.
Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues or coordinate with IT support.
Dispatch In-Charge Duties:
Oversee the dispatch of products, documents, or packages in a timely manner.
Coordinate with courier services, delivery personnel, and internal teams.
Maintain records of dispatched and received items.
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for all dispatches.
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on pending shipments.
Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in computer operations and office dispatch management preferred.
