Job Summary:
The Commercial Executive is responsible for managing commercial operations, supporting sales activities, handling pricing, quotations, documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing documents.
Handle purchase orders, sales orders, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for order follow-up.
Maintain and update commercial records, contracts, and agreements.
Support the sales team in drafting client communication and proposals.
Monitor inventory levels, deliveries, and logistics coordination (if required).
Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial standards.
Generate MIS reports, sales data, and monthly commercial summaries.
Assist in negotiations related to pricing, terms, and contracts.
Follow up on payments, invoices, and outstanding accounts.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1 3 years of experience in commercial or sales support roles (preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM software.
Good understanding of pricing, documentation, and basic accounting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
