Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Summary:
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts, components, or products according to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (milling, lathe, router, or laser cutting)

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders

• Select appropriate tools, materials, and machine settings for production

• Ensure precision and quality of machined parts according to specifications

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues

• Maintain production records and report daily output

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, CNC, or related field

• Experience operating CNC machines

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Knowledge of machine tools, cutting tools, and materials

• Attention to detail and quality-conscious

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in CNC operation or programming

• Experience in metalworking, woodworking, or fabrication industries

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
