- experience in dealing with government contracts and industrial shed is necessary.
- should have experience in handling concreting, brick and plaster work.
- conduct daily inspections for compliance and site safety. daily site execution reporting to concerned. manage and supervise onsite manpower.
- ensure civil, and other necessary jobs are completed at site within defined criteria and time period. cross functional coordination with purchase, finance, hr and other related dept.
- maintain proper records at site including expenses, material, drawings, supplier bills and material test reports etc.
- handling contractors and subcontractors throughout all stages of site preparation and build-out ensuring quality is met.
- must be able to effectively communicate, make decisions, give direction or guidance, set goals and provide feedback.
