Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to plan, design, and supervise road and highway construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and review roadway, highway, and pavement works

• Prepare and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical reports

• Supervise site construction activities, ensuring quality control and safety compliance

• Coordinate with surveyors, contractors, consultants, and government authorities

• Monitor project progress, schedules, and costs

• Conduct material testing and quality inspections (soil, asphalt, concrete)

• Ensure compliance with local codes, environmental, and safety regulations

• Identify and resolve construction issues and design discrepancies

• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and as-built drawings

• Support project handover and final documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum X years of experience in road or highway construction projects

• Strong knowledge of road design standards, pavement design, and drainage systems

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and MS Office

• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and site supervision

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred
