Job Summary:
The Cashier cum Admin will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier Duties:

  • Handle daily cash transactions, receipts, and payments accurately.

  • Maintain proper cash records and reconcile cash at the end of the day.

  • Deposit cash and cheques in the bank as required.

  • Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory and office supplies.

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff for smooth office operations.

  • Support HR and accounts departments with basic administrative tasks.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.

Qualifications & Skills:
