Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to supervise service staff, ensure smooth floor operations, and deliver excellent customer service. The captain acts as a link between guests, waitstaff, and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide waiters and service staff during shifts

  • Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and hygiene

  • Greet guests and assist with seating when required

  • Take or oversee order taking and ensure timely service

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth order flow

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

  • Monitor service quality and staff performance

  • Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety standards

  • Assist in training new service staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette

  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude

Experience

  • 1 3 years of experience as a waiter or service staff

  • Prior experience as a Captain or Supervisor preferred
