We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to supervise service staff, ensure smooth floor operations, and deliver excellent customer service. The captain acts as a link between guests, waitstaff, and kitchen.
Supervise and guide waiters and service staff during shifts
Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and hygiene
Greet guests and assist with seating when required
Take or oversee order taking and ensure timely service
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth order flow
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Monitor service quality and staff performance
Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety standards
Assist in training new service staff
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
1 3 years of experience as a waiter or service staff
Prior experience as a Captain or Supervisor preferred
