**Job Summary:**

The Business Development Executive Home Loans is responsible for generating home loan business by sourcing new customers, building relationships with channel partners, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role focuses on field sales, customer acquisition, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate home loan leads through direct sales, referrals, and market activities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners such as builders, brokers, and real estate agents

* Identify potential customers and explain L&T Finance home loan products, features, and benefits

* Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for login, sanction, and disbursement

* Collect and verify customer documents as per company and regulatory guidelines

* Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely processing of loan files

* Ensure high-quality sourcing and maintain low delinquency and rejection ratios

* Conduct field visits, property visits, and customer meetings regularly

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries related to home loans

* Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with sales activities

**Eligibility & Qualifications:**

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)

* 0 4 years of experience in home loans, LAP, or BFSI sales (freshers may apply)

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Willingness to work in field sales and meet customers daily

* Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
