The Store Promoter is responsible for promoting products within a retail store, engaging customers, explaining product features, and increasing sales through excellent customer interaction and product knowledge.
Promote and demonstrate products to customers in-store
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Assist customers in making purchase decisions
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock placement
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Collect customer feedback and report market trends
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the promotion area
Follow company policies and store guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Ability to stand for long hours
Previous experience in retail sales or product promotion
Knowledge of the promoted product category
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
