Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Bilingual Telecaller who can communicate fluently in [Language 1] and [Language 2]. The role involves making and receiving calls, assisting customers, handling inquiries, promoting products or services, and maintaining accurate call records while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls in both languages professionally

  • Communicate product or service information clearly to customers

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently

  • Generate leads and convert calls into sales (if applicable)

  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer records

  • Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in [Language 1] and [Language 2] (verbal communication mandatory)

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, call center agent, or customer service representative (preferred)

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)

  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset


Education & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: High School / Graduate

  • Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage
