We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Bilingual Telecaller who can communicate fluently in [Language 1] and [Language 2]. The role involves making and receiving calls, assisting customers, handling inquiries, promoting products or services, and maintaining accurate call records while delivering excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls in both languages professionally
Communicate product or service information clearly to customers
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
Generate leads and convert calls into sales (if applicable)
Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards
Fluency in [Language 1] and [Language 2] (verbal communication mandatory)
Proven experience as a telecaller, call center agent, or customer service representative (preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Minimum qualification: High School / Graduate
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage
Interview, Any, fresher or experince, 12th pass.
