Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive (Male) to join our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in construction-related projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction market

  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking

  • Meet architects, contractors, builders, consultants, and clients

  • Present company services, projects, and proposals to prospective clients

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

  • Coordinate with project, design, and estimation teams

  • Track sales activities and prepare regular sales reports

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments


Requirements:

  • Male candidate preferred (due to extensive site visits and field work)

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field

  • 1 5 years of experience in construction sales or business development

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits

  • Valid driving license preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  •  BDE (Business Development Executive) 10 Positions

    Salary: 8,000/- per month

    Petrol Allowance: 1,500/- per month

    Incentives - 0.5% of business
