We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive (Male) to join our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in construction-related projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction market
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking
Meet architects, contractors, builders, consultants, and clients
Present company services, projects, and proposals to prospective clients
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Coordinate with project, design, and estimation teams
Track sales activities and prepare regular sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Male candidate preferred (due to extensive site visits and field work)
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
1 5 years of experience in construction sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits
Valid driving license preferred
