**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Civil Background Telecaller to support our verification and documentation processes. The role involves making outbound calls, verifying information related to civil records, collecting required documents, and maintaining accurate data in the system. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good analytical ability, and a customer-friendly approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to candidates, clients, or relevant authorities to verify civil background information (e.g., identity, address, legal records, employment, or other required details).
* Gather, validate, and update documentation related to civil background checks.
* Maintain accurate records of verification outcomes in the internal database.
* Follow up with individuals or organizations to complete pending verifications.
* Identify discrepancies and report them to the verification or compliance team.
* Ensure all calls and data handling comply with company guidelines and privacy regulations.
* Prepare daily/weekly status reports on completed and pending verifications.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of background checks.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor s degree (preferred).
* Prior experience in background verification, telecalling, or customer support is an added advantage.
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
* Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
* Good listening skills and a professional telephone manner.
