Job Summary:
The Back Office Executive provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily business activities. This role involves coordination between sales, production, and accounts while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery notes

  • Enter and update data in company systems and records

  • Coordinate with sales and production teams for job status and schedules

  • Handle customer queries via phone or email and provide support

  • Maintain files, documents, and office records systematically

  • Assist in inventory tracking and job work records

  • Follow up on payments and outstanding dues as required

  • Support management with reports and daily office tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or graduate (preferred)

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)

  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication skills
