The Ayurvedic Products Trainer is responsible for educating and training sales teams, distributors, retail staff, and clients about the company s Ayurvedic product range. The trainer ensures that all stakeholders have a strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles, product benefits, usage methods, and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
Conduct product training sessions for sales representatives, distributors, and retailers.
Explain the composition, benefits, and proper usage of Ayurvedic products.
Develop and deliver training materials such as presentations, manuals, and videos.
Stay updated on Ayurvedic concepts, herbs, formulations, and latest industry trends.
Conduct refresher training programs and product updates regularly.
Support marketing and sales teams with product demonstrations and field visits.
Provide feedback and performance reports after training sessions.
Participate in product launches, seminars, and health awareness events.
Address customer or staff queries related to product benefits and contraindications.
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to ensure accurate technical knowledge is shared.
Education: Bachelor s or Diploma in Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Pharmacy, or a related field (BAMS preferred).
Experience: 1 3 years of experience as a trainer, Ayurvedic consultant, or in product education within the Ayurveda/Herbal/Pharma/FMCG sector, wellness training or field work
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic herbs, formulations, and wellness concepts.
Ability to simplify complex product information for various audiences.
Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
