To support the Branch Manager in daily banking operations, staff supervision, customer service, and business development while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations and performance
Supervise and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery
Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally
Support sales and business development activities to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Monitor transactions to reduce operational and financial risks
Approve transactions within assigned authority limits
Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and operations
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of banking products, operations, and regulations

Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
