Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Archviz Artist with expertise in 3ds Max/ Sketchup/ V-Ray Renderer to craft photorealistic architectural and interior visualizations. The ideal candidate will be able to independently interpret design concepts, create visually stunning 3D models, and work collaboratively with our design team to bring ideas to life. A strong eye for detail and a passion for architectural visualization are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models for architectural and interior designs using 3ds Max/Sketchup.
• Arrange furniture and set up realistic lighting in scenes using Corona Renderer.
• Create lifelike textures and materials for photorealistic visualizations.
• Interpret and modify AutoCAD drawings when necessary.
• Import and optimize SketchUp models within 3ds Max for seamless integration.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to realize architectural concepts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural visualization (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in Sketchup/3ds Max and V-ray/Corona Renderer, with a focus on photorealistic lighting and materials.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Hands-on experience importing and optimizing SketchUp models in 3ds Max.
• Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
