Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting internal teams and management with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.

  • Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.

  • Support HR and finance departments with documentation, payroll, and record keeping.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving ability.

  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based environment with standard working hours.

  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on organizational needs.
