Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and versatile HR / Admin and Commercial Manager to oversee all human resources, administrative, and commercial operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day management of office operations, employee relations, procurement, and business contracts while supporting overall organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and employee induction.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.

  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, logistics, and vendor management.

  • Manage procurement of office supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth operations.

  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and official documentation.

  • Supervise facility management, housekeeping, and security operations.

Commercial Responsibilities:

  • Oversee commercial activities such as tendering, quotations, and contract negotiations.

  • Manage client and supplier relationships, ensuring timely renewals and service agreements.

  • Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports.

  • Support business development activities and ensure commercial compliance
