We are looking for a highly organized and versatile HR / Admin and Commercial Manager to oversee all human resources, administrative, and commercial operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day management of office operations, employee relations, procurement, and business contracts while supporting overall organizational goals.
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and employee induction.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Plan and execute employee engagement and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, logistics, and vendor management.
Manage procurement of office supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth operations.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and official documentation.
Supervise facility management, housekeeping, and security operations.
Commercial Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial activities such as tendering, quotations, and contract negotiations.
Manage client and supplier relationships, ensuring timely renewals and service agreements.
Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports.
Support business development activities and ensure commercial compliance
