Job Summary

The Fashion Consultant is responsible for providing personalized styling advice and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers. The role focuses on understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their fashion and styling needs

• Recommend apparel, accessories, and complete looks based on trends and customer preferences

• Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling advice

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays

• Ensure proper stock handling, tagging, and cleanliness of the store

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

• Stay updated on current fashion trends and brand collections

• Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate / Fashion-related qualification preferred)

• Experience:

  • 1 4 years of experience in fashion retail or lifestyle sales
