Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with purchases, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection

• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and pricing

• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately

• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

• Assist with inventory counts and stock management

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

• Support opening and closing procedures of the store

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude

• Basic math and computer skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
