Job Summary

The Video-Based Validation Executive is responsible for reviewing and validating video recordings to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with company standards and policies. The role involves verifying customer identity, documents, or processes through recorded or live video interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review recorded or live video sessions for validation and verification purposes

• Verify customer identity, documents, and information shown in videos

• Ensure videos meet quality, compliance, and regulatory standards

• Identify discrepancies, fraud indicators, or missing information

• Accurately update validation results in internal systems

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines

• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times

• Meet daily/weekly validation targets with high accuracy

• Escalate suspicious or incomplete cases to supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate (as per company requirement)

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital tools

• Good understanding of compliance and verification processes

• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs precisely

• Strong time management and accuracy-focused mindset

• Basic communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience in KYC, compliance, or verification roles
