Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce products/services.

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

  • Explain products, services, and promotions to customers clearly.

  • Generate leads and update the customer database accurately.

  • Maintain records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and requests promptly.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum [X] years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
