Job Purpose:

To assist customers, maintain store operations, support sales activities, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist in product selection

• Explain product features, offers, and promotions

• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise

• Operate billing and POS systems accurately

• Support inventory management and stock replenishment

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally

• Assist in visual merchandising and promotional activities

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused and polite

• Basic billing / POS knowledge

• Team player and presentable

• Willingness to work in shifts

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass
