We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales efforts for our finance company. Sales Strategy Development & Execution
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Drive business development efforts through targeted lead generation, networking, and partnership building.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team skills and motivation.
Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales environment focused on individual and team growth.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients financial needs and recommend the best solutions from our product portfolio.
Provide high-level customer service and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
Use data-driven insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
Training & Development
Train and onboard new sales staff on company products, sales strategies, and processes.
Keep the sales team updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and competitive landscape.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client satisfaction.
Participate in cross-departmental projects to improve overall business operations and performance.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Stay informed on changes in financial regulations and industry trends to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or finance industry. At least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred). MBA or other relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) a plus.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial products and services (e.g., loans, mortgages, investments, insurance, wealth management).
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
