Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by assisting customers in selecting gold, diamond, and jewellery products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements

• Display and explain gold, diamond, and precious jewellery designs

• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and billing process

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Explain gold purity, certification, making charges, and schemes

• Maintain accurate product handling and display standards

• Support stock handling, tagging, and inventory checks

• Ensure store cleanliness, security, and brand presentation

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

• Handle customer queries and coordinate for after-sales support

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Experience:

  • 1 4 years in jewellery retail or luxury retail sales

  • Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
